LLM & AI Content Usage Policy

This LLM & AI Content Usage Policy (“Policy”) applies to the access and use of content available on foresightfox.com (the “Website”) by large language models, generative artificial intelligence systems, AI search engines, automated agents, crawlers, machine-learning systems, and similar technologies (“AI Systems”).

This Policy supplements our Terms of Use. Nothing in this Policy grants any rights except as expressly stated.

1. Permitted Use

Subject to this Policy and applicable law, publicly available Website content may be accessed and used by AI Systems for:

• Search and discovery;
• Indexing and retrieval;
• Generating summaries of Website content;
• Answering user queries based on limited portions of Website content;

• Using Foresight Fox names, trademarks, branding, or content in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission;
• Accessing restricted, private, or non-public areas of the Website;
• Circumventing technical measures intended to restrict automated access.

3. AI Training

Foresight Fox does not grant permission or a licence to use Website content for model training, fine-tuning, model development, or the creation or augmentation of training datasets unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

The availability of content on the public Website does not by itself constitute consent to such use.

4. Attribution

Where Website content is cited, referenced, or summarized by an AI System, Foresight Fox should be identified as the source where reasonably supported by the applicable system.

Where technically possible, citations should link to the relevant page on foresightfox.com.

Website content must not be presented in a manner that falsely suggests that Foresight Fox generated, approved, sponsored, or endorsed an AI-generated output.

5. Automated Access and Technical Directives

We may use robots.txt, metadata, access controls, rate limits, machine-readable instructions, or other technical measures relating to automated access.

Such measures may supplement this Policy.

The absence of a technical restriction does not grant permission for a use that is otherwise prohibited by this Policy.

We may restrict, block, or limit automated access to the Website at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

Website content remains subject to the intellectual-property rights of Foresight Fox and, where applicable, third parties.

Except for the limited permissions expressly stated in this Policy, no licence or other right in Website content, trademarks, proprietary materials, or intellectual property is granted.

We do not guarantee that an AI System will accurately represent, attribute, retrieve, or reproduce Website content.

10. Enforcement

We may revoke permissions granted under this Policy or restrict automated access where we reasonably believe Website content is being used contrary to this Policy.

We reserve the right to exercise any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
